Delivery
We use a 24 hour tracked delivey service (such as Royal Mail 24hr Tracked) to ensure your product arrives as soon as possible. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend upon your location and the number of items purchased. Delivery service provider depends upon your order size and location.

Items are sent with a cooled gel pack to help maintain a low temperature during transit. Customers should store products frozen immediately upon arrival. See storage instructions below.

Returns
Due to the nature of this product and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on frozen items. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Storage

Ingredients and allergens
We are a vegan family-run business and use plant-based ingredients in all of our products.

Some ingredients used in our products are produced in enviroinments that also handle peanuts, egg, whey protein (milk), cereals, gluten, soy, milk, mustard, celery and sulphites
